We offer all the amenities to make your stay in Red River a truly memorable vacation!
Red River Valley Condos are located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown and the ski area. All units have fully equipped kitchens, gas or wood fireplaces, free high-speed fiber-optic wifi, Dish Network TV, washers and dryers, porches, and balconies.
Some units have adjoining doors and one condo even has five bedrooms! All bedrooms are upstairs except one in our 5-bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofas and futons are in the living room (downstairs). All full bathrooms are also upstairs.
Click on any of our condos to see virtual tours. We have two hot tubs and at creekside, there are picnic tables, BBQ grills, benches, and a playground. Close to the hot tubs, we have two propane grills for guest use.
Kid-friendly items such as high chairs, booster seats, pack-n-plays, baby gates, and step stools are available for your use on a first-come basis. Lawn games (corn hole and ladder golf) are also available for check-out during your stay during appropriate weather conditions.
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, dish detergent, coffee, and coffee filters. There is a regular schedule of trolley service in town. We also offer a 15% military or first responder discount. Currently, 5 of our condos are pet-friendly with a fee (104, 110, 112, 120, and 123).
